inconsistent experience overall

unwelcoming staff disorganized staff

the breakfast had many choices and tasted good.

The check-in process Was bad. the staff was not cute and seemed disorganized. There were no arabic speakers. the staff looked confused and seemed to work separately without coordination.

a splendid stay

excellent gym ella's welcome attentive service

the gym was excellent. ella's warm welcome at the gym, she ensured my comfort. the rooftop pool had a fabulous view, and pyae's attentive service was lovely
